Activity Day Labels

You can now assign a label to a each day within your runsheet activity.

This is particularly helpful for planning multi-day events, it’s almost essential when planning multi-day trips or itineraries to see key details (such as the location or main activity).

This feature appears automatically when viewing the 1pm Admin area on any desktop computer, by displaying a button for each day in the runsheet, together with a label you can click into and change the Activity Day Label.

In addition to this, any Activity marked as ‘Header’ will appear under the Activity Day Label to highlight that important stage or main Activity for that day.

You can see below, after clicking on Sun 8 Dec 1pm is showing the ‘FLIGHT SYD > BNE’ activity, because it’s set to ‘Header’. This allows you to see both the Activity Day Label, and key header Activity all in one place.
