Licenses
For maximum flexibility, you can change the number of licenses you need at any time through the online billing portal (including upgrading or downgrading).
For example, 5 X Licenses ($50 per month billed annually) provides:
10 Active Events
10 Inactive Events (Edit)
1000 Contacts
100 Crew Per Event *
25 Assigned Crew Per Event.
10 Spaces (Branding)
5 Space Users (Seats)
Crew includes all staff, volunteers, speakers, performers, venues, suppliers etc.
Switching Plans
You can switch plans at any time in the Stripe Billing portal. This includes switching from an annual to a monthly plan, and vice versa.
For example, you can increase your licenses during busier times of the year when you might expect to manage more active events.
Costs will be prorated automatically.

Absolutely! You will stay on your paid plan until the end of your billing cycle, then automatically switch to the free plan.

We can’t guarantee the free plan will always be free, as we may change plan features and capacities from time to time as the platform evolves.

Planning complex events like a festival requires considerable planning and lead time often years before the event. We recommend purchasing an annual plan once you have evaluated 1pm meets your requirements. The annual plan offers effectively a 50% discount off the monthly plan pricing.
1pm is designed for event planners planning recurring events (weekly. monthly or annually), therefore it makes sense to purchase the software on an annual basis and it also easier for accounting purposes.

The 1pm FREE Plan does not provide the functionality to print the runsheet. It does offer the Live runsheet though (that crew can access through their Crew Portal) or you can share a runsheet URL with any crew that need to access to the runsheet.

You would probably want to maintain a separate Space for each of your clients. That way, you can change the branding including colours, logos and Crew portal images for each client.

Licences represents 1 X Admin Space User but also provide further capacity in all areas of the application. For example, if your event had 100 Crew you would need 5 X Licenses.
