Admin Add or Remove Crew Tags for Crew Members
Crew Tags are one or more Tags that can be applied to Crew members for various purposes.
It’s important to remember that in 1pm Crew Tags are initially inherited from that Crew member’s underlying Contact record.
When the Crew record is first added from a Contact, all the Contact Tags come over as Crew Tags.
Once they have become Crew Tags though, they act independently from the Contact Tags and can be edited as required. You can think of the Contact Tags as the default Crew Tags.
Editing Contact Tags after a Crew member is created will not change the Crew Tags. Crew Tags are completely separate once they are populated.
What are Crew Tags Used for?
Crew tags are used throughout 1pm:
Crew Tags are displayed next to the Key Contacts on the runsheet for everyone to see (unless they are flagged ‘Hide on Runsheet’ in the Tag record).

Crew Tags are also used when sending Chat alerts, because a Tag can be selected to send a Chat to (for example ‘Medical’).

Runsheet Activity can also be restricted to just one Crew Tag, so Activities or Attachments only appear for Crew tagged accordingly as shown with the #PHOTOGRAPHER Tag below.

Assigning/Removing Crew Tags
When you add a new Crew member from an existing Contact, Crew Tags will be created automatically from the existing Contact Tags.
You can then click on the Crew member from Crew Tab to add or remove Tags as required.
1pm will conveniently only show tags that are not already added.

Adding Tags
If you need to edit the master list of Tags, simply click on the Tags Tab to add/remove Tags.
