Admin Space Settings Crew Portal Branding and Colours

Edit Space Settings including branding colours for the Crew Portal, Add your own Logo and Portal Header image, and control how SMS messages are sent within 1pm.

Space Colours

There are four different colours you can change in Space Settings:

Accent

Defaults to #d88a3f (orange). Change to your brands highlight or accent colour, stronger, brighter colours work best.

Outer Background

Defaults to #fffdfa (very light grey). Not recommended to be changed for most situations.

Inner Background

Defaults to #fffdfa (very light grey). Not recommended to be changed for most situations.

Text

Defaults to #0c1217 (very dark purple). Not recommended to be changed for most situations.

Activate SMS Sending (Switch)

This switch defaults to off, switch this on to enable SMS sending within 1pm from Admin users.

Send SMS for Every Alert (Switch)

When the ‘Activate SMS Sending’ switch is on, the ‘Send SMS for Every Alert’ switch will be displayed.

Activating this switch will cause 1pm to send an SMS for every Chat message sent by an Admin user, to every recipient.

Send SMS for Urgent Alerts only (Switch)

When the ‘Send SMS for Every Alert’ is off, there is a ‘Send SMS for Urgent Alerst only’ switch. When activated, only Urgent Alerts will automatically send an SMS.

Note: When neither ‘Send SMS for Every Alert’ and ‘Send SMS for Urgent Alerts only’ are switched on, 1pm will only send an SMS Alert for Admin chats where the Space User has switched on ‘Send SMS’ when sending the alert.

Reset to Defaults

This will reset all colours to the defaults out of the box.

Space Logo

This is where you can upload your own brand logo to appear on the printed runsheet on the top right hand corner.

Up to 512k. 300 X 300 pixels transparent PNG recommended.

This logo should be square in shape for best results e.g. the same lenght and width.

Portal Image

Up to 512k. 1600 X 300 pixels transparent PNG recommedned. Shows on all agenda and runsheet portals.

This image appears at the top of the Crew Portal and can be used for many purposes including:

Sponsor logos (place all sponsor logo in one image).
Event banner (a banner image you create yourself, for example in Canva).
Your company or organization logo (probably the simplest and most commone use of the Portal Image).
Very important safety information or warnings contained in image format utilising bright colours.

Delete

Warning: This button in Edit Space Settings actually deletes the entire Space. There are several warnings that will prompt the Space User before the deletion of the Space is permitted. Only the Space Owner can delete the Space. Deletion of the Space is not reversible so please ensure you have backed up all information within 1pm or exported it before deleting the space.
