Admin Event Filters & Switching Events

Switching events in 1pm means changing the Event context to a different event. Once you have switched to a new Event, only the Runsheet Activity for that event will be displayed in the Runsheet, and only those Crew members added to the Event will be shown in the Crew tab etc.

In 1pm you always have several contexts, including the Space (Workspace) you are working in, which contains any number of Events.

Within one Space you can switch between multiple events as you plan future events.

To swtich to a different Event, click on the Crew Tab within the Admin area and search for the event.

On the Crew Tab you can filter by the Event name to quickly locate an event.

The Start Date columm in the grid has a sort feature built-in, so you can also sort Events by Start Date or by Name (alphabetically).

There are two buttons within the Event Tab that help filter Events:

Showing Historic Events

With this checkbox on 1pm will show all events including past events. When this checkbox is off 1pm will only show future events based on the Start Date in the Event grid.

Showing Active Only

With this checkbox on 1pm will only show Active Events. Inactive events wil be hidden in the Event grid.

Switching Events

ADMIN > EVENTS > SWITCH BUTTON

Switching events changes 1pm to show only the information contained within that Event.

Click the Switch button to switch to another Event.
