Admin User Settings Options

User Settings relate to the User (either Space Owner or Space User) and can be found in the top right hand corner of the Admin area by clicking on the cog icon above. All user settings are related to your login only, so if you login on another device these settings will persist.

Culture

Choose your desired culture which will affects the display of dates within 1pm. The default culture is English Australia, but you can choose any culture.

Time Stamp Time Zone

Time stamps are used throughout 1pm in most tables to record the created date, updated date etc. This setting will affect the display of those timestamps within the application. Time Stamps will be adjusted to match your chosen User Time Stamp Time Zone.

City Default

This is a plain text field used when creating Contacts. The contact City will default to this value.

Country Default

This is a plain text field used when creating Contacts. The contact Country will default to this value.

State/Province Default

This is a plain text field used when creating Contacts. The contact State/Province will default to this value.

Fixed Width Display Mode

When Fixed Width Display Mode is switched on, the main application window will occupy a fixed width on larger displays (e.g. desktop).

If you want to use all the width contained on your device, switch Fixed Width Display Mode to off. 1pm will then dynamically used the entire width of the display resolution.

Receive New Chat Email Notifications

This switch turns on or off new Chat Email Notifications. Turning this switch off means you will not receive new chat email notifications. This can be useful if you are receiving too many notifications during busy periods.

Support Mode

Support Mode has little value to most users, it is used by our Support team to display detailed information about the state of the application. Running 1pm in Support Mode all the time may degrade performance, so we recommend switching it off where possible.
