Print PDF of Runsheet from Admin
Admin AREA > Runsheet TAB > PDF PRINT BUTTON
The PDF PRINT button located on the Runsheet tab allows any Admin to print a hard copy PDF of the runsheet in it’s entirety.
Attaching Visible Files to PDF Runsheet
The ‘Attach all Visible Files’ option is optional and if checked, the export routine will attach all of the visible files/attachments to the PDF document. To view these attached files you will need to use a PDF viewer capable of showing attachments.
Be careful using this feature, as you may inadvertently attach confidential attachments to the PDF which were not intended for that Crew member!
Adding your Logo to a Printed PDF Runsheet
You can add your own logo to the PDF header that displays on the top right hand corner of the printed runsheet. This is the only way to style the printed PDF runsheet. For example, you cannot currently change fonts or font sizes, or add or remove columns.
If you require extra functionality such as this, please submit a request this feature.
Why you Shouldn’t Really Email the PDF Runsheet
It’s tempting to email the printed PDF runsheet to Crew members and Suppliers before the event, but doing so would be a mistake. Remember why you were interested in 1pm in the first place? While we can be too presumptuous it was probably because it solves the problem of runsheets going stale as activities change.
Every Crew member who has been invited to attend the event in 1pm will have their Crew Portal where they can not only print the very latest version of the runsheet at any time, but they can view the real-time version of the runsheet that updates instantly without refreshing the page.
We recommend you let individual Crew members access the runsheet using the digital version, and to print a backup or hard copy of the runsheet on the day of the event from the very latest version, if they really need this.
