Runsheet Compact Mode

The Compact mode in 1pm is the default view for the runsheet when the Admin area first loads.

Switching the Compact mode off will reveal additional important fields for advanced users and use cases.

The compact mode switch is located on the Runsheet tab.

We recommend switching compact mode off when you are initially setting up the runsheet, as it provides many additional features and fields.

Switching Compact mode off enables these fields:

• Minutes (duration of each Activity).

• Who (who the Activity is assigned to).

• Agenda flag.

• Internal flag.

• Draft flag.

• Area (where the Activity is taking place).

• Header flag (highlighting this Activity on the runsheet and showing this as a ‘day label).

• Attach button (attach one or more files or links to the Activity such as checklists or video guides).

• Swap button (move an Activity up or down).

• Details (show the details for an Activity).
